Job information Employer Acer Business Consulting Corporation. dba Ok Stop Job Title Accounting Technician Business Address 106 Brink St Ashcroft BC V0K 1A0 Job Location Same as above Terms of Employment Full-time Wage 23.08 - 33.85 per hour (to be negotiated) Hours of Work 30-40 hours per week Benefit 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration Vacant 1 Language English Job Duties Keep financial records and establish maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements which provide a snapshot of the company s financial health and performance. Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility tax and other bills. Ensure that the company is in compliance with all tax laws and regulations and that all tax payments and filings are made on time. Prepare statistical financial and accounting reports. Complete and submit tax remittance forms workers compensation forms pension contribution forms and other government documents. Job RequirementsEducation Completion of secondary school is required.Experience Completion of a college program in accounting bookkeeping or a related field or completion of two years of a recognized professional accounting program or courses in accounting or bookkeeping OR equivalent experience is required.
