Job detailsLocation Mississauga ON Salary 60.00 hourly 30 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Start date Starts as soon as possible Responsibilities Manage supervise and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes Responsible for customer order management process. Recruit and train employees according to the development of the company. Reduce supply chain costs through process improvement and budgetary control. Develop and amend supplier contracts to ensure company interest. Handle matters such as supplier claims and insurance compensation when faced with disputes. Monitor the data of supply items cargo transportation data and plan of cargo transportation for the next quarter. Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual reports on the import and export of goods. Revise our procedures and advise the management team accordingly Hiring training department staff and providing advice guidance and timely feedback to subordinate staff on performance Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.Qualifications & Skills1. Bachelor s Degree in Science and Engineering Educational Background. Completing a college-level education in supply chain management or related fields will be an asset.2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the supply chain procurement or logistics with at least one year of experience at a management level.3. Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese will be an asset.4. Experience with supply chain management purchasing inventory control supplier negotiations contract management etc.5. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.6. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.7.
