RAAC serves patients in Metro Vancouver as well as patients all across Canada the United States and Asia. We provide a wide range of treatment options from skin rejuvenation face & body contouring to intimate health scar & tattoo removals. Job Duties Develop and implement effective corporate financial strategies and policies optimize the company s financial management and contribute to the company s financial stability growth and long-term success Establish financial goals foster a culture of financial discipline and lead the company s management team to achieve financial goals Assess the financial implications of various options provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making on issues such as expanding services investing in new technologies or equipment or entering new markets Establish effective financial controls oversee budgeting cash flow management and financial analysis optimize the company s financial performance Manage the company s revenue cycle effectively oversee billing and collections processes approve budgets Analyze trends identify potential areas for revenue improvement and implement measures to enhance the company s financial performance Allocate the company s resources to implement projects and programs control costs and improve operational efficiency Identify areas for the company s profitability and financial sustainability improvements negotiate contracts with suppliers and implement cost-saving measures Assess and aid the company s risk analysis and develop plans to mitigate financial risks to protect the company s financial well-being Collaborate and communicate with professional personnel to assist in the establishment of potential business opportunities Act as the company s representative to meet communicate and negotiate with key clients and partners Participate in selecting and approving middle manager and other executive staff design compensation package and incentive programs to retain good human resources Qualifications A university degree in a related field is required A minimum of 3 years of experiences in senior or similar positions is required Ability to think strategically pro-actively identify and solve problems and provide solutions Well-rounded and innovative with a solid proven track record of accomplishments in corporation operation Analytical thinker ability to readily grasp new concepts and adapt to a fast paced ever changing environment Highly professional possess critical decision-making skills and a strong sense of understanding the company s priorities
