What You ll Do -Provide administrative support to team members including scheduling appointments organizing meetings and making travel arrangements.-Respond to phone calls emails and other forms of correspondence on behalf of our company ensuring timely and accurate communication.-Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company to internal members and external clients.-Manage and maintain company records and documents including electronic and hard copy filing systems.-Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication and information flow.-Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment ensuring that necessary items are in stock and available when needed.
