Responsible for setting the budgets timelines schedules and manpower for each project. Lead multiple simultaneous projects from conceptual stages to detail design stages through to construction and commissioning. Ensure the work meets schedules and coordinate assignments with other disciplines. Supervise and direct engineers designers and draft persons in preparing design documents including drawings specifications schedules and estimates. Attend coordination meetings and coordinate design with other architectural and engineering disciplines. Communicate with clients prepare and review engineering proposals based on clients RFPs RFQs QualificationsBachelor s degree in engineering is required. Strong knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering. Extensive experience in project management and coordination.
