Starting Compensation range is 50-75 K plus Incentives & Benefits. Base Salary varies based upon experience. You will install service and repair heating and air conditioning systems for Commercial & Residential. Candidate must have the ability to work independently in handling all aspects of HVAC service and diagnoses. At least (3) years of experience in the HVAC field is Mandatory.Responsibilities Install new heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance and send work orders back to the office electronically. Respond to emergency maintenance requests when On Call. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Qualifications Previous (3) years of experience in HVAC Service & Installation. Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and Blueprints. Ability to handle physical workload of Lifting 75 Lbs. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
