Benefit 4% gross salary 10% discount on items purchased in store after 1 year of employment.Vacant 3Language English Job Duties - Assist in determining and establishing office procedures- Answer and relay telephone calls and electronic mail- Maintain inventory of office supplies- Provide administrative support by preparing a variety of documents reports and correspondence.- Assist in any day-to-day operational activities and provide office support- Respond to and follow up with inquiries and requests- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure all files documents and databases are maintained and upto date Job Requirements Education Completion of secondary school is required. Experience Several years of work experienceORCombination of related work experience and college or university education is required. - Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office Excel etc.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
