Job Duties Act as the compan s representative to liaise and negotiate with suppliers vendors or other stakeholders Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share maintain and improve the corporate branding Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including food retailers and distributors to ensure that the company s products are top of mind and that they continue to meet customer needs Review and modify the current management process and procedure oversee current production and give directional advice for improvement Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities ensure that resources are allocated effectively and that spending is kept within budgetary constraints Interpret accounting and financial data into management decision making Design and implement operations standard and its best practice provide guidance support and direction to help teams meet the company s goals Work closely with product development teams to identify opportunities to improve existing products or develop new ones that meet the changing needs of customers Arrange resources of materials manpower and finance into different departments Direct departments to innovative corporate directions by setting out clear strategic planning and policies Select and approve management members and executives to achieve targets and goals Qualifications A bachelor s degree in business administration commerce economics or related fields is required Minimum 3 years of experience of managerial level Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve business goals Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth Excellent analytical organizational and creative thinking skills A good understanding of the food manufacturing industry or experience is preferred
