Welcome to Algorithmics - a coding graphic design and game design academy At Algorithmics we help children make their first steps in the IT world. Our students create their own computer games cartoons designs blogs and IT projects. They acquire critical thinking and logical reasoning skills presentation and project planning skills teamwork and more. What makes us unique For being a coding school we re not that big on studying and sitting in front of computers all day. We take complicated computer concepts and make them into games. We spend time on our feet so that none of our students are asleep at their desks. For us learning is intellectual but it s also kinetic imaginative and challenging. When we do sit down at the computer our learning is gamified and project based. Kids these days are obsessed with building inside a computer world (Minecraft and Fortnight anyone ) so while they re learning to code with us they re also building their own cartoons and video games. Our programs are STEM cross-discipline and include mathematics algebra geometry astronomy and physics. We run after school programming and weekend class together with summer and holiday camps all over New York City.
