We provide a wide range of LED products including LED grow light LED track light LED panel light range hood LED meteor light LED pot light emergency light etc.. Job Duties Determine and implement the strategic direction of the company s marketing strategic plan develop various sales and marketing campaigns from organizing events to determining budgets and reporting. Build programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan recommend marketing policies regarding program-specific requirements. Establish the overall corporate (external and internal) communications strategic plan and oversee the development of functional strategic plans Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Lead digital campaigns across various platforms maintain the company s online presence develop marketing and promotional SOPs to ensure brand continuity. Develop and manage marketing budgets and monitor actual costs against budget ensure that the expenditures are controlled within approved budget limitations. Lead efforts for the company s presence at trade shows and be responsible for the quality of events and delivery achieving KPIs. Build and sustain rapport with key accounts media vendors team members and all external stakeholders Drive market research efforts and analyze findings to increase understanding of clients and business partners needs. Manage motivate and train sales and marketing staff and manage external marketing agencies ensuring effective teamwork high standards of work quality and organizational performance. Hire train new marketing staff evaluate staff performance and approve staff s promotion. Qualifications A college diploma in business administration marketing or a relative field is required. Minimum of three years experience related to marketing or sales. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex processes. Strong business acumen and knowledge in all aspects of managing a business unit. A high degree of judgment and creativity to solve highly complex company-wide problems without precedents or guidelines. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
