Injection Moulding Technician

L-D Tool & Die is looking for a full-time Injection Moulding Technician at 139 Iber Rd Stittsville ON K2S 1E7. There are 2 positions available Main duties are as follows but not limited to Assist in the design of plant layouts Conduct work measurement or other studies Collect and compile operational or experimental data and assist in the development of estimates schedules specifications and reports Collect and analyze data and samples in support of quality assurance and industrial health and safety programs Develop manufacturing and processing procedures and variables set machine or equipment controls oversee production and inspect processes Specialize in the development of production processes quality assurance programs plans and schedules Set-up moulding machines from saved set ups and from scratch Perform First-off quality inspection at the start of each production run Trouble shoot processes to assure the production of product that meets all quality standards Set up and programming of injection moulding robotics Hours of work are 40 hours week (overtime pay after 44 hours). Pay is 31.25 hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school.
