Machine Assembler (1st Shift) - Operate Machinery Installing Equipment Read Blue Prints - Cleveland OH - JOB 23-00035Pay Range 18.00 - 23.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits.1st Shift 7 00 AM - 3 30 PM A machine tool builder company is seeking to hire a couple of dependable Machine Assemblers to build assemble or erect all types and sizes of regular and special drilling tapping and other machinery. This involves a considerable number of details requiring a high degree of accuracy in fitting and adjusting. Assemble feed units drill heads and collet tools. Ability to use standard machines for simple adjustments to parts and knowledge of hydraulics strongly desired.REQUIREMENTS3-7 years related experience. Ability to use standard machines for simple adjustments to parts and knowledge of hydraulics strongly desired. Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math geometry and trigonometry. Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience. RESPONSIBILITIESRead blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Layout and plan assembly procedures involving operations such as fitting end play timing and clearance issues. Install hydraulic air liquid and other lines including pumps gauges valves and controls. Detect faulty operation defective materials diagnose and remedy issues and report to supervisor. Inspect returned items for necessary repairs. Write up work and parts required. Repair item to working condition when required. Operate drill presses punch presses lathes and grinding equipment as needed for assembly. Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow standard safety regulations. Assemblers are required to meet or better assembly hours designated for each job. Ability to work closely with others and be a team player.
