Expect our delicious dishes and outstanding customer service you are the one who makes us different. 1958631 Alberta Ltd o a Fusion Sushi is looking for a Purchasing Specialist NOC 12102 Duties and responsibilities as Purchasing Specialist NOC 12102 Develop and establish strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate suppliers performance based on quality of product delivery time service level and cost of goods. Maintain a line of communication with suppliers and schedule meetings as needed to resolve supply issues. Maintain Inventory prepare and issue purchase order if required. Ensure the purchase orders and emails are responded to in a timely manner. Invite for tender and Review quotations and coordinates with suppliers to improve all purchasing processes. Prepare weekly monthly and annual reports. Always ensure orders are delivered correctly and that goods meet our order specifications. Trains other departmental staff on purchasing rules and regulations through Purchasing Committee meeting with division managers and one-on-one meetings. Negotiate and create contract terms and conditions with suppliers. Hire and train purchasing department staffMay perform other duties when required Job Requirements Languages English Education Bachelor DegreeWork Experience 2 years - 3 years experience Wages 45.00- 47.00 per hour full time
