Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 20 hour What you ll be doing as a Shipping Receiving Clerk Ability to maintain neat and accurate records both in writing and using computer methods Use of weigh scales count scales calculators and related equipment as may be required Basic understanding according to ISO TS 16949 applicable requirements. Maintain a clean orderly and safe environment both on the shipping dock and in the material storage areas Ship Receive orders on a timely basis using data supplied by Purchasing Receive all in-bound shipments and complete the required documentation in a timely manner Maintain accurate records using the approved forms of all in-bound out-bound shipping and receiving activities Ensure that all materials required for customer delivery are available the day before the required shipping date - inform the Manager - MP& L or designate of any situation that will hinder 100% compliance Ensure returnable supplier customer dunnage to meet production requirements Ensure the flow of materials to outside contractors and maintain the appropriate records required Available shifts Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Must have experience in receiving retail warehouse Must abide by all Quality Policies and Procedures Must adhere to all customer requirements as required Must address and report all quality deficiencies at all times Certified Lift truck operation (Raymond Reach & Counter Balance and asset) Certified Overhead Crane operation Basic computer skills High school level arithmetic skills Ability to work independently Trained in customer service and support techniques Ability to maintain neat and accurate records both in writing and using computer methods Use of weigh scales count scales calculators and related equipment as may be required Basic understanding according to ISO TS 16949 applicable requirements.
