HIRING - Castella Cheesecake on Robson St. Vancouver is looking for an enthusiastic Manager Employer Castella Cheesecake Inc. o a Castella CheesecakePosition Manager (Full-Time Permanent)Position Available 1 Compensation Annually 48 000Working hours 32 hours per week Working Location 1190 Robson Street Vancouver BC V6E 1Y4 Duties Build work schedules and monitor staff performance Create Marketing plan considering business trend season and target market Communicate with supervisors and staffs for monthly business target and promotions (if needed) Plan organize control and evaluate the operations of our food or beverage service Recruit staff and oversee staff training Control inventory of product & ingredients monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed Report and discuss for monthly business trend and revenue with owner Requirements Completion of Secondary Must be fluent in English At least one year of experience in the food service industry are required. Must be available to work at least one day on weekend.
