SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Food Production Supervisor for its fast-growing manufacturing client in Ord Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the total production process including material receipts equipment process methodology writing and development of standard operating procedures and maintenance of product quality and quantity standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the strategic management of production and resource planning all based on production needs Develop and implement tools and processes aimed at continuous improvement and optimization of operations Coach train and mobilize employees to achieve company objectives Ensure compliance with the production and manufacturing rate Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies to ensure compliance with quality standards Promote health and safety in the workplace as well as the maintenance of a work environment free from any risk Comply with safety rules at all times comply with company policies and their quality system. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience. Minimum one year of directly related work experience. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
