SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Continuous Improvement Senior Manager for our consumer products client in Geneva NY. This person will be responsible for coaching advanced maintenance methodologies in all manufacturing activities utilizing the company s branded Production System Methodologies and advanced maintenance analytics and ensuring system-wide implementation utilization and solutions. This is an on-site position and relocation assistance is available. RESPONSIBILITIES Establishes an integrated smooth working connection with managers and the rest of the organization. Develops the leadership team especially operations managers and establishes strong leadership networks across the region. Works closely with the team to develop and implement maintenance planning and prediction methods for and with the operations community. Diagnoses plant activities and identifies technical know-how and organizational behaviors that are impediments to implementation of best planned and predictive maintenance practices. Handles coaching initiatives and develop methods across all pillars including floor-level initiatives. Serves as an assessor auditor of integrated maintenance activity implementation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in related field is required. Minimum of 5 years manufacturing management experience required. Knowledgeable with SHEQ and TPM. Solid experience in Maintenance Management Manufacturing Engineering and or Manufacturing Management preferred. Must be willing to travel occasionally.
