SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Director of Product & Program Management for its aviation systems client in Dulles VA. This individual will be responsible for management of product development and of multiple program managers. This position includes overall systems and sub-systems program management including execution of engineered communication systems customer satisfaction and executive interface financial performance and revenue growth. Top Secret SCI Clearance required. RESPONSIBILITIES Handles programs managing multiple direct reports and the various programs they are managing to achieve business objectives for revenue operating income and timing for current continuing and new programs. Manages technical solutions development and execution processes. Makes effective decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of program pursuits and execution. Leads the research of proposals business plans Statements of Work operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts for electrical electronic electro-mechanical systems. Develops manages tracks and reports financial forecasts. Analyzes implications of both short and long-term solutions. Leads strategic and operational planning for the business as well as execution and program reviews. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree with a minimum of 15 years prior related experience OR Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years prior related experience. Engineering degree preferred. Top Secret SCI Clearance required. TS SCI with CI Polygraph preferred. Extensive experience in advanced program management technical product development business knowledge leadership capabilities and broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines required.
