SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Project Accountant for its digital financial services client in Schaumburg IL. The main responsibilities of this role revolve around general accounting with a focus on reconciling accounts and financial reports and involvement in accounting technology projects. Hybrid work schedule (work remotely up to two days week) flexibility. RESPONSIBILITIES Account reconciliations analyses and schedules. Post journal entries and account analysis as part of month-end close. Help with annual budget preparation and process. Project-based activities to standardize document implement accounting procedures with a focus on continuous improvement across all entities and assist in any systems enhancements. Preparing and updating process documentation in compliance with standard project accounting processes. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA is highly preferred. 3 years of experience in accounting or finance is required. Process Improvement Project Management experience preferred. Strong computer literacy including the use of accounting software as well as Microsoft Products (Outlook Excel Word Teams).
