Emergency Management Program CoordinatorLocation Camp Douglas WIPls. apply online at www.potawatomi-do.com careersFLSA Classification Non-exempt HourlyEmployment Class Full Time RegularPosition Summary Potawatomi Defense Operations is seeking a qualified candidate who will under minimal supervision provide technical support services as the Installation Emergency Management Program Coordinator for the development implementation execution and sustainment of the installation Emergency Management Program at Volk Field Air National Guard Base located in Camp Douglas Wisconsin. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Installation Emergency Management Plan (IEMP) IAW DoDI 6055.17 AFTTP 3-2.83 DAFI 10-2501 Emergency Management Program and any other applicable references and regulations. Develop a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding (MOA or MOU) Mutual Aid Agreements (MAA) and other plans operating instructions and checklists. Provide Emergency Management (EM) support for Wing Exercises and the Wing Inspection Team (WIT) in execution and evaluation of installation wide exercises relating to EM capabilities (to include reviewing findings and providing trend analysis as it pertains to ANG). Provide asset and section training management. The contractor shall create and maintain an asset database to provide tracking of perishable items and calibration dates. The contractor shall also develop and schedule training and track attendees. Provide Command and Control (C2) advisement at times when the local Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is activated in response to emergencies. This action a critical function to assist the commander in synchronizing and integrating the forces activities in response to the emergency. Comply with all the following Government regulations in performance of EM duties DoDI 6055.17 DAFI 10-2501 AFMAN 10-2502 AFMAN 10-2503 AFMAN 32-1007 AFI 90-201 AFI 10-201 AFI 10-210 AFTTP 3-2.42 AFTTP 3-2.44 AFTTP 3-2.83. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent Must have a valid civilian driver s license in Wisconsin. Must have the ability to successfully complete a government background check and be granted base access. Must have Emergency Management or some other applicable Emergency Operations Center (EOC) experience related to an airbase USAF Emergency Manager AFSC a plus. Working Environment The work environment will primarily be in an office setting typically found with an administrative support role on-site or field trips during tests and execution of emergency preparedness plans will be minimal. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Physical Demands (including but not limited to) While performing the duties of the job there will be long periods of desk and phone work followed by periods of testing and executing emergency preparedness plans. As a result the employee is required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
