Our mission for the future generation

Curated Gems is a foundation with a goal to communicate with every youth and teenager through phone and social media biweekly or monthly and direct them to resources that will help them succeed.Youths and teenagers go through a lot of hurdles during this period and may not always be able to open up to their families or school members. Often times they may even face abuse or sexual harassment by the very authorities they should feel safe with. Having someone who will keep their words confidential can take a lot of pressure off these kids to share what they are going through and we should be able to direct them to the resources they need to lighten their burden.We will make sure our staff shows compassion and learn to direct them to the right resources for mental health online education or tutoring services if they are struggling with school connect them with authorities that should be able to help them if they are going through any sort of abuse. We will also be donating a lot of books toys and other resources during this holiday season.Biggest lesson I have learnt is a simple check in with these kids can help them open up and grow in ways they might have never even thought of.
