Manage annual process of obtaining appropriate commercial insurance coverage Implement and improve internal controls administrative systems and procedures to ensure that the company s day-to-day operational activities are efficient and effective. Guide and supervise staff by communicating job expectations appraising job results and disciplining employees. Interview hire and train new employees in administrative activities. Develop models forecasts and other analytical tools to improve planning and decision-making approaches in the company. Maintain the company s compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory standards and guidelines. Prepare the annual budget and performance reports to senior management may be needed.
