Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 20 hour What you ll be doing as a Snow Shoveler Operates snow ploughs and salt truck to clear snow and ice from designated locations and roadways which necessitates early starts prolonged hours weekend duty and holiday service. Responds quickly (within 30 minutes) when requested to help with snow removal. Make sure that when necessary the roads under this position s control are safely and adequately ploughed. Snow removal ground upkeep and other facility and road maintenance-related tasks as assigned. Carries out standard maintenance and repair work on equipment such as replacing the fluids in a car adding fuel lubricating it painting etc. Equipment inspections are performed on a regular basis. respects security precautions.
