Job descriptionMeat processing plant in City of Industry is hiring ASAP entry level Quality Control Techs.Company willing to trainShift 2 30 pm-11 00pm Pay rate 19.00 Requirements Must have warehouse experience Must be able to work in a cold environment with raw meat Must be able to work overtime as needed Must have basic computer skills Bilingual English Spanish a plus Good math skills Duties and Responsibilities Check product specification against product that is being made at time of checks. Check paperwork on the line for accuracy Product quality checks Product placement on racks Stuffing diameter and appearance of any stuffed product Might on occasion have to oversee both sides in Raw and RTE. Including the following Metal detector checks line checks temperature checks CCP verifications proper documentation collection of COA samples Any other duties assigned by QA Manager.
