Job Title Operation Manager (NOC 00014)Location 201-1405 St Paul Street Kelowna BC V1Y 2E4Salary 44.00 Hour for 30-40 hours a week (Overtime as per BC labor laws)Minimum Education Bachelor s degree Requirements Completion of a bachelor s degree At least 3-5 years of work experience as a manager Excellent time management leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Responsibilities Establish and implement short- and long-term organizational goals objectives strategic plans policies and operating procedures Oversee day to day operations assign weekly monthly performance goals and assure their completion Authorize the company of key departments and overall personnel planning Assign material human and other resources including financial to implement the programs and policies of the company Establish financial and administrative controls Plan and authorize the marketing promotions Select and train managers and supervisors delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions Ensure adherence to company policy Represent the company in various official events Interested candidates please email your resumes at aspireus1089(at)gmail.com
