We are seeking a mature professional Customer Service Representative part-time (25 hours week mornings or afternoons) for our growing nutritional sales client located near Westborough MA.Responsible for handling in-bound calls from consumers answering questions determining needs taking and recording orders into the computer. Also making outbound calls to existing consumers following up and checking in. No telemarketing or cold calls.Must have strong communication organizational and accurate data entry skills. The ability to learn quickly and the patience to help consumers with their needs is also required.Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience is required. Specific training on the product line will be provided.Competitive hourly rate. Local candidates only. Must be able to work in the office. Not a remote role.
