Mr. Sushi Londale is looking for an experience cook to join our team.Job Title Cook (Permanent)Employer Mr. Sushi Lonsdale Inc.Working Location 105 Lonsdale Avenue North Vancouver BC V7M 2E7Working Hours 30-40 hours per week (Full-time)Wage 17.00 to 20.00 per hour (to be negotiated) (Overtime will be paid at time and a half after 8 hrs day and after 40 hrs wk)Benefit 10 days paid vacation or 4 % vacation feePosition Available 1 Duties include but are not limited to Prepare and cook menu items according to our specifications and recipes. Handle daily food quality quantity control and temperature of fridges. Maintain inventory and records of foods supplies and equipment. Order food supplies and equipment as required. Keep the kitchen and work area clean all the time. Uphold and maintain food safety high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Qualification Completion of a college CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1 year program in cooking or equivalent experience is required. 1 year to 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required Basic in English is a must.
