IT Business System Analyst needs 3-5 years experience in financial services industry managed accounts a plusIT Business System Analyst requires 3 years of experience in financial services industry Managed Accounts experience a plus. Experience evaluating and testing systems and features to meet business requirements. Proficient in writing business requirements and defining solutions to problems. IT background familiar working with systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ADDITIONAL System Development Life Cycle Knowledge and experience with system development life cycle in waterfall and agile methodologies. Agile Methodology Experience working in a team using agile methodology includes story creation and story grooming facilitating stand-up calls and sprint planning. Familiarity with jira a plus. Exp with Oracle and Snowflake exp is plus. Working independently with business side as well as technical side. Financial Service industry experience is required. IT Business System Analyst duties Identifies and analyzes business needs conducts requirement gathering and defines scope and objectives of each project. Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Translates business requirements into application requirements and works with all members of the team to execute the application successfully. Engages client teams and explains moderately complex initiatives in an understandable manner while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client. Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation maintenance and development of the system. Confer with respective stakeholder s concerns to ensure successful implementation of systems and or procedures. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or procedures. Facilitate meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
