Electrical and mechanical aptitude is a must. Upon interview candidate must successfully pass a welding test which is a practical test with specific standards appropriate for the job. General Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent a must. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must. Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance and or custom fabrication experience. Knowledge and understanding of safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out HazCom Electrical Safety Welding & Cutting Safety PPE BBP etc. Welding Experience Basic knowledge of metal materials welding wire gasses rods and welding procedures.
