Fabrication SupervisorPay 28-38 hr.Hours Monday-Friday Day ShiftJob Type Temp-HireLocation Locust Grove OklahomaJob Description Company located in Locust Grove seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their team Ensure production employees start and end work on time to maximize production and avoid time and profit loss. Perform task analysis for each job to identify the ideal personnel in which to assign specific tasks depending on ability and experience. Request equipment materials and consumables as needed for each job. Provide support and instruction as needed to employees. Work side by side with quality control to implement correct procedures during the process to ensure a superior product. Constantly look for ways to improve performance facilities tools for job and schedule. Ensure constant housekeeping of entire facilities to eliminate hazards and provide ideal working environment. Plan for any overtime needed to meet schedule so employees are provided with as much notice needed to accommodate the hours. Enforce all safety rules set by the safety coordinator to help minimize LTIs and recordables. Maintain an up-to-date schedule coordinating with Project Manager.
