Office Manager needs 2 years experienceOffice Manager requires Office management experience Customer service Administrative support Clerical Office Manager duties Greet guests in a professional courteous manner Open visitor and common areas upon arrival to office (i.e. turn on lights deliver newspapers organize kitchens and conference rooms etc.). Manage through the building s online system visitor and office maintenance requests and follow through with those requests. Manage and assist employees with Office Reservation software tool. Track and order general office supplies and supplies for office equipment. Place service calls on office equipment and monitor repair status. Serve as point of contact for office vendors. Sort and distribute office mail faxes and handle packages Maintain clean appearance in main common areas (e.g. lobby kitchen supply room and conference rooms). Track third party labor spend and report to IT finance group. Ensure contracts are in place for contingent workers and notify managers before contract expiration (SOW Master agreements). Collect and analyze timecards for contingent workers on a weekly basis and reclassify time in Oracle systems. Collaborate with resource manager to ratify any timecard discrepancies. Verify all contingent worker invoices based on timecard submissions. Collaborate with vendors to ratify billing discrepancies. Create update track and manage purchase orders for contingent workers. Process IT department invoices weekly.
