Job Description - Employer Honest Table Restaurant Ltd. dba Nemo Sushi ToGO- Position Food Service Supervisor- Work Location 1451 Estevan Rd. Nanaimo BC V9S 3Y3- Wage 17.50 per hour- Work Hours 30-40 hours per week- Terms of Employment Full-time Permanent- Benefit 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation- Vacancy 2- Language English Job duties Supervise co-ordinate and schedule the activities who prepare portion and serve food. Take record and resolve complaints from customers. Record and report sales wastes and incidents. Track and order supplies required for food service. Establish schedule of staffs and manuals Train staffs in job duties and sanitation and safety procedure. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Job Requirements - Education Completion of high school is required.- Experience One to two years experience of food serviceOr Completion of community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management is required.
