Duties and Responsibilities Understand and interpret business requirements. Conduct business and technical research and identify the current business process. Define create and manage IT solutions based on the requirements in order to meet the organizations needs and achieve their long-term goals. Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance or improve current business processes. Create analyze and validate detailed functional specifications. Perform project management duties for IT-related undertakings such as facilitating the design sessions with the project implementation team and milestone planning Perform liaison duties between users operations and related team members in the areas of systems design modifications or troubleshooting. Stay informed on new trends and technologies that would benefit to the company and customers. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Post-secondary education certification in an information technical or business field or equivalent experience in the related field. 3 years of relevant working experience in IT business analysis or other related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or any other certificate in Project management and business analysis is a strong asset. Strong problem-solving time management and organization skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs. Strong business analysis and system analysis skills and abilities.
