Yogi-yo Restaurant is located in Vancouver West. We serve the best Korean comfort food such as Stone pot bibimbap Jab-che Bulgogi etc. and Japanese food such as Donburi Nigiri Sashimi Roll etc. We are hiring a Food Service Supervisor. Employer Yogi-yo Restaurant (o a HMS ENTERPRISE CORPORATION.)Position Food Service SupervisorOpen position 1 Responsibilities - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.- Keep records such as the amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.- Supervise packing serving and delivering of meals.- Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff.- Respond to customer issues.- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.- Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant including cleaning food storage etc. Requirement - Completion of secondary school is required.- Completion of a community college program in food service administration or a related hospitality program- OR 2 years of supervisory experience in the food service field is required.- Client focus Good communication skills Reliability- Good knowledge of food preparation and service. Wage and working hours 18.00 20.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.Working location 2568 Arbutus Street Vancouver BC.
