We require a Food Service Supervisor to work in the subway store located in Radium Hot Springs BC. Employer Subway Radium (c o 0805693 BC Ltd.)Position Food Service SupervisorVacancy 2 Duties - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standard.- Keep record such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.- Supervise serving of meals.- Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of staff.- Respond to customer issues.- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.- Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant including cleaning food storage etc. Requirement -Completion of secondary school is required.-Completion of a community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management or related hospitality program OR 2 years supervisory experience in food service field is required.
