Job Description Mesosystem Canada Inc. is a company that imports foreign products and distributes them locally within the Greater Vancouver area. Our company is looking to satisfy the increase in our client. As such we are looking for two drivers to help deliver products packages to customers. For this position you will need to possess the ability to navigate through the city to pick up and deliver products for the company. We are looking for candidates that can drive safely yet efficiently and ensure the proper packages are being delivered to the appropriate destination. Your deliveries should be planned before and after the trip has occurred. You ll be staying active work independently and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to customers in your community every day. In addition you ll need to - proactively communicate with counterparts within the company to establish work delivery priorities and procedures - have the ability to load and unload the cargo goods - May need assist in selling products while also accepting and making payments on behalf of the company - Record information on all deliveries including mileage and fuel costs and report any incidents problems encountered - May need to organize the cargo prior to deliveryJob Requirements Requirements Skills High school diploma required Valid Class 5 Driver s License One year of safe driving experience required On-site training will be provided Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner Deliver packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 45kgs Salary On average 30 hours per week with shifts available seven days a week while earning 20 hour with the possibility of overtime
