Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Technician needs 1 year of PC installation and troubleshooting experience with Windows OS and related software Microsoft Office Outlook Exchange and connectivity software (broadband WIFI WWAN (Wireless Wide Area Network) etc.Desktop Support Technician requires Onsite project role Basic understanding of networking remote computing and laptop migrations is required. Preferred Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Preferred Associates degree in computer accounting or audit fields or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree and or work experience in a SOX-compliant environment IT reporting and audit experience. Desktop Support Technician duties Support desktops printers warehouse equipment (wireless and handheld RF s conveyor PCs and Zebra printers) and provide support to local user on technology issues. Work with network staff for network and telephony to help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
