We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our senior management team. This position will assume the primary responsibility for leading the Company s top-line growth. The ideal candidate must be ambitious and motivated with a proven record of working on their initiative and adding value to the business as well as having a proactive approach to fulfill the requirements of this role. Job Duties Define the executive-level strategic planning company objective and policy setting budgetary considerations as well as ensure the operational and financial health of the company. Lead the policy formulation and establishment of the Sales & Marketing Department oversee the Department s operations coordinate activities for marketing and achieving the company s sales goals define optimal sales force structure. Develop and attain KPIs for implemented sales & marketing strategies by leveraging key business analytics that will drive objectives results. Approve implement and oversee the design development and content of the company s sales & marketing activities such as sales and promotion campaigns public events and investor relations activities to raise brand awareness supporting short and long-term business needs. Oversee market research and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and trends within existing and new market segments and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and executed. Build coach and lead a high-performing middle management team harnessing their talents to optimize their contributions to the revenue management functions. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between the Board of Directors and middle managers to ensure business functions are aligned with key strategic initiatives. Effectively work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractors material vendors government officers etc. Represent the company to participate in industrial trade shows and conventions represent the company for key contract negotiations and key investor interactions. Formulate the quarterly and annual sales & marketing reports report directly to the Board and provide strategic advice. Qualifications A bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Minimum 3 years of senior management experience Proven leadership experience carrying out sales & marketing initiatives including developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong leadership coaching and performance management. Experience liaising with the CEO Board of Directors and middle managers to ensure programs and strategies are in line with the company s strategic goals and stakeholder objectives.
