Led by Nancy Jin who has been a professional accountant for over 20 years the company provides services including assurance services accounting services for business taxation services for individuals and private businesses. We also provide business consulting financial statements review business valuation management consulting for business merger and acquisition and public listing advisory services. Job Duties Analyze financial data for assisting operational and investment budgeting Prepare accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed Establish and evaluate records statements and profit plans develop and improve financial policies Prepare month-end risk and debt position reports Review and analyze monthly financial results identify and investigate issues provide financial and investment advice for internal use and to the company s clients Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders but not limited to banks insurance companies investment companies Identify financial performance trends and financial risk and make recommendations provide recommendations for improvement based on trends Study and evaluate financial situations of companies for venture or mergers or acquisitions Plan periodical cash flow position and analyze actual performance against budgeted figures Qualifications A bachelor s degree in commerce business administration accounting mathematics finance economics or related fields At least 1 year of financial or investment work experience or in a similar role Prior experience working in international accounting companies or financial organizations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preparing financial reports Solid understanding of advanced financial analysis principles Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment work under pressure and meet deadlines We thank all interested applicants however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
