Education A bachelor s degree in related field or aboveExperience 5 yearsStart Date ASAPJob description Preparing business activity reports financial statements and forecasts Analyzing costs pricing variable contributions sales results and the company s actual performance compared to the business plans Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Analyzing market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits Managing the company s financial accounting monitoring and reporting systems Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company including payroll invoicing and other financial transactions Reviewing financial reports to help plan for the short-term financial needs and long-term financial goals of the company Monitoring the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow needs Providing insightful analysis of business results to Senior Management Group Training and managing qualified accountants and junior team members Basic Qualifications A bachelor s degree or above in related field is required 5 years related work experience is required Great interpersonal communication and presentation skills Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Able to manage guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
