Remote IT Senior Risk Manager needs 10 years experience required.Remote IT Senior Risk Manager requires Audit IT Risk analysis Audit and compliance Risk management IT Risk management Remote IT Senior Risk Manager duties Work effectively with senior management stakeholders to provide expert-level technical leadership across a broad range of risk and compliance work efforts. Provide guidance and training through the organization as required. Serve as risk lead on functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice quality resource. This will include developing new workflows and processes coaching IT Risk Management team members and communicating with stakeholders of those processes. Perform highly complex risk and compliance reviews evaluations and root cause analyses as well as managing and reviewing the work of others on less complex tasks. Evaluate and monitor all aspects of IT systems policies standards and procedures and help ensure that they are aligned with IT security architecture designs plans controls processes standards policies and procedures. Work with others to help identify risks and exposures designs and recommends solutions to prevent and mitigate future incidents. This will include identifying applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to highly complex problems. As a subject matter expert recommend new policies and procedures to management and has wide latitude to recommend and deliver on the best course of action for new procedures and for highly complex situations. As the function matures this person will provide budgetary recommendations for future projects tools applications. Demonstrate an ability to work independently and in an organized manner. Communicate very effectively manage their workload independently and coach others to success. Demonstrate strong technical ability and experience as well as diplomacy and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Partner with all parts of IT business users Audit & Compliance teams and other IT partners to identify prioritize track and respond to IT risk. Play an integral part in protecting key assets and help to protect our systems our data and our brand.
