NEW HIGHER SALARY 45 675 - 79 932 The ChallengeWe re looking for an engineering specialist to serve as the lead project inspector supporting senior engineers in the administration of large complex highway construction projects. In this role you will Experience applying engineering concepts to solve complex problems. Computer experience including office software and drafting software. Knowledge of mathematical functions (such as algebra geometry and trigonometry). Experience reading and interpreting construction plans contract provisions specifications and procedures. Experience in taking notes collecting field data and preparing routine reports data. What You BringExperience applying engineering concepts to solve complex problems. Computer experience using computers tablets Microsoft Office and drafting applications. Strong knowledge of math functions such as algebra geometry and trigonometry. Experience reading interpreting construction plans contract provisions specifications and procedures. Experience taking notes collecting field data and preparing routine reports data. Ability to adapt to changes in technology. Good communications skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers contractors and the public. Ability to work independently to make engineering decisions. Education & ExperienceAssociate s degree in Civil Engineering Technology Survey Technology or related discipline and 6 years progressive technician experience or High School GED Diploma and 8 years progressive technician experience or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
