Train restaurant staff on job duties food hygiene and safety related procedures. Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff when preparing and serving food. Responsible for inventory maintenance sales and loss records for restaurant food and supplies. Responsible for controlling the daily food and meals produced in the restaurant to meet the requirements Collect customer feedback handle customer complaints and improve the quality of the restaurant s food and service in accordance with reasonable requests.
