We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager Assistant Controller or Assistance Finance Manager for our non-profit client located near Laconia NH. This position has potential to advance rapidly.Responsible for day-to-day operations accounting and financial analysis reporting variance analysis assisting with accounts payable accounts receivable payroll month and year end closings financial statement preparation auditing reporting and budgeting.Must have outstanding communication analytical strategic organizational and computer skills (advanced MS Office and Accounting software). Must be able to manage motivate and mentor staff while managing multiple priorities. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance is required with a minimum of five years of related hands-on accounting work experience. MBA or CPA is a plus. Experience in non-profit property management or housing is a strong plus.Competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. Clear growth path to Controllership.
