The ability to sign up for jobs right from our mobile app JobStack Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 23.43 Hour What you ll be doing as a Bookkeeper Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner and submit payroll taxes Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate complete and up-to-date manner Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing coding and processing payments Perform account receivable functions including invoicing deposits collections and revenue recognition Prepare financial reports through collection analysis and summarization of data Interpret and apply accounting policies rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards Available shifts Shift timings - All available Job requirements Must be able to multi-task and change direction quickly Must be highly organized and have an eye for detail QuickBooks experience is required Proficient with MS Office applications 1-2 Years Required Drug screen required Background Check Required Ready to take control of the way you work Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
