Now we are looking for the experienced administrative assistants Employer Ayac Construction Solutions Ltd.Position Full time Administrative AssistantsWorking (Business) Location 405 10th Avenue suite 106 New Westminster British Columbia V3M 3Y8Vacancy 2 Main Duties-Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager department or team.-Transcribe organize and compile all correspondence invoices and reports.-Open and distribute incoming telephone regular and electronic mail messages and other materials.-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of clients or proper department.-Order office supplies for department as requested.-Determine and establish office procedures.-Greet and directing clients visitors. Qualification- Completion of secondary school is required.- Completion of two years college or other program for administration or 2 year of clerical experience is required.- Fluent English skill is required.
