ResponsibilitiesEnsure client receives medication on time Support the client who can t move on their ownHelp client dress bath .grooming. Assist client with physical therapy eaercise do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean evironment.Prepare meals.provide transoprtation to appointmens. grocery store shopping ect.
