I have a 4 br 2 bth Condo in Carmichael. rooms to choose from. Furnished and Non-furnished.Fresh paint and the carpet is less than 5 months old. Covered patio with couches chairs and small table and barbeque area. there is a Washer Dryer Central Heat and Air Cable TV and a brand new Microwave. The Kitchen is fully stocked Pots Pans Dishes Silverware everything. I also p-ay for everything. You would pay NO rent and NO utilities. I even buy all of the food. For that I m looking for a Friend With Benefits type of arrangement Women Only. I m a 55 yr old guy Single No kids. Not looking for Drama just fun.I m very easy going. I don t care if you drink or get High as long as your not an Angry Drunk or Slammer. It s a nice place and a great way to save a lot of money.
