Establish company objectives goals and also create monthly semi- monthly and annual sales targets.2. Check in regular basis the status of order received and delivery schedules3. Develop and implement business plans and new strategies to optimize productivity.4. Assist to the financial department in budget preparation and managing expenses.5. Review company s operations and examine day to day sales activities.6. Monitor Marketing activities and evaluate the effectiveness provide guidelines forimprovements and approve promotional campaigns.7. Develop a proposal based on the team meeting with a corporation of different departments and represent the company to the new and existing customer with a new product presentation.8.
