The ability to sign up for jobs right from our mobile app JobStack Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 22 hour What you ll be doing as a Cook Prepares breakfast lunch and all hot catering meals Preparation of other food items directed by General Manager or Chef Garnishes and places food items on the line Ensures and maintains proper sanitation of the kitchen Uses proper portioning Answers customer questions accurately on menu items Assists in restocking and clean-up of the kitchen and serving line at the end of the service period Assists General Manager or Chef with menu planning and food ordering Other duties as required and assigned Available shifts Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) andWeekends. Job requirements Able to read write and perform basic math Able to follow verbal and written instructions Must be customer-oriented organized and detail-oriented Able to occasionally lift transport 30 pounds Able to frequently lift transport between 1- 30 pounds Able to move around the cafeteria kitchen in a safe manner Able to gather ingredients and equipment to prepare food Able to prepare foods for cooking and baking Ability to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene NSOR Required Background check required.
